Companies House Fees are Changing

From 1 February 2026, Companies House will be increasing a number of their statutory filing fees.

These changes apply to all UK companies and will affect the cost of some of the most common filings:

Incorporation (digital)

£50 Current Fee

£100 New Fee (from 1 Feb 2026)

Confirmation Statement (digital)

£13 Current Fee

£50 New Fee (from 1 Feb 2026)

Voluntary Strike Off (digital)

£8 Current Fee

£13 New Fee (from 1 Feb 2026)

These are Companies House fees, not charges from our firm or from accountants, but they will naturally impact the cost of filing activities completed on your behalf.

If you have a company formation, closure, or confirmation statement due around this time, please note these new fees will apply to any filings submitted on or after 1 February 2026.
