Founded by award-winning accountant, BABTAC Finance expert, Advisor to the GUINOT Franchise network and former beauty professional Ria-Jaine, we understand the real pressures business owners face because we have lived and worked within the industry ourselves.

With almost two decades of experience including global accountancy firm Deloitte, our work now supports salon owners, self-employed professionals, educators, clinics and growing beauty brands across the UK.

The Finance Hub® was built to bridge the gap between once-a-year accounts and real-world business support.

Our mission is simple:
To help business owners feel more confident with their numbers, more organised behind the scenes and better supported throughout the year - without the overwhelm, confusion or accountant jargon.

Alongside the commercial side of the business, elements of our learning and confidence framework are also used within Women In Work programmes supporting women rebuilding confidence, skills and financial independence after difficult life circumstances including refuge and domestic abuse support services.
